Step Two

Step Three
With your right hand, reach for the small of your back and take hold of the waistband of your ski pants. Your hand should be positioned just below your bra strap. Using your left hand, place the palms of your gloves on the back of your head, just above your neck. This is your starting position. Your right hand should stay on your waistband until you’ve completed your first rotation and have placed your right foot in front of your left. Step Four

Step Five
On your next inhale, raise your arms above your head and bring your palms forward. As you exhale, rotate your arms so that your fingertips touch the back of your head. This is your starting position. Your arms should be raised above your head and your palms should be positioned in front of you for the entire rotation. Ensure that your legs are together, but not locked. Your left leg should be slightly behind your right leg. You should now be holding a full bottle of water in each hand, one in the air above your head and the other in front of your stomach. Before progressing to the next step, take a deep breath and relax your arms, paying attention to the tension in the rope.
Step Six
On your next inhale, raise your arms above your head and bring your palms forward. As you exhale, rotate your arms so that your fingertips touch the back of your head. Your hands should remain in this position for the entire rotation. Ensure that your legs are together, but not locked. Your left leg should be slightly behind your right leg. Once your arms are in the correct position, slowly lower your body towards the ground. When you reach the point at which you can’t go any further without letting go of the rope, stop and take a deep breath. You can then slowly lower your arms to your sides. At this point, you should be in a crouching position with your arms above your head. Once you’ve reached this position, you can slowly stand up and take a bow, having achieved perfect form.
Practicing
After you’ve mastered the above, it’s time to put what you’ve learned into practice. Practice making the proper arm and hand positions, controlling your speed, and landing on your feet safely.
